Terms and Conditions of Sale

Lead Time

Lead time differs by product. Madsen Group LLC carries little inventory of finished goods. However, many products are offered with 3 day lead times. Please consult with your sales representative,sales@lcdergo.com, for lead time information on your specific product of interest.

When will I receive my order?

Madsen Group LLC sends an email Order Confirmation following entry of your order. This confirmation will include the intended ship date. Following actual shipment, Innovative sends an email Shipment Confirmation. Orders shipped via UPS will include the UPS tracking number in the confirmation email.
If you have not received an order confirmation or shipment confirmation, please contact Madsen Group LLC at 1-860-677-7190 to confirm your order status.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Innovative will always provide an estimated lead time at time of order. Innovative is the product manufacturer, and lead times vary for different products. Please call our customer service department at 860-677-7190 for current lead times on specific products.

Collection

If collection activities should become necessary, the fee would be adjusted to include any related expenses, such as reasonable attorney’s fees. Because we are located in the State of Connecticut, its laws would be applicable to our relationship, and its courts would have jurisdiction over both parties.

Madsen Group LLC does offer a warranty. Warranty terms are as follows:

Madsen Group LLC, through the manufacturer, warrants its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when the title passes to the Buyer. Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product without charge (shipping charges excluded) for a period of 10 years (with exceptions of some products, which will be noted) after the original date of purchase, unless the product damage resulted from Buyer abuse, misuse or negligence. Seller may require proof of purchase before performing any repairs or replacing any products during the warranty period. Except as specifically set forth above, Seller makes no warranties, express or implied and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Repair or replacement of the product ordered from Seller shall be buyer’s exclusive remedy.

Return Policy

All returns must be labeled with a valid Return Authorization R/A number on the outside of packaging. Shipments without R/A numbers will be rejected. R/A numbers may be obtained by calling Seller at 860-677-7190. Please address the package(s) that you will be returning to: Madsen Group LLC 100 Kuebler Road Easton, PA 18040 Attn:Tracy When sending back product, it is very important to make certain the arm is packaged properly (any damage caused during transit back to us will void our refund policy and may affect any credit due). Also please be certain that you have the R/A number marked clearly on the outside of the packaging, as our receiving department will reject deliveries without R/A.
