When will I receive my order?
Madsen Group LLC sends an email Order Confirmation following entry of your order. This confirmation will include the intended ship date. Following actual shipment, Innovative sends an email Shipment Confirmation. Orders shipped via UPS will include the UPS tracking number in the confirmation email.
If you have not received an order confirmation or shipment confirmation, please contact Madsen Group LLC at 1-860-677-7190 to confirm your order status.
How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
Innovative will always provide an estimated lead time at time of order. Innovative is the product manufacturer, and lead times vary for different products. Please call our customer service department at 860-677-7190 for current lead times on specific products.
Return Policy
All returns must be labeled with a valid Return Authorization R/A number on the outside of packaging. Shipments without R/A numbers will be rejected. R/A numbers may be obtained by calling Seller at 860-677-7190.

When sending back product, it is very important to make certain the arm is packaged properly (any damage caused during transit back to us will void our refund policy and may affect any credit due). Also please be certain that you have the R/A number marked clearly on the outside of the packaging, as our receiving department will R/A reject deliveries without R/A.
